What I love
Wife-I absolutely love the house. It has such character and is warm & inviting. The original 1889 styling is timeless and the openness of the family room makes one feel like they are in the woods. It is perfect for sitting and visiting with friends. Both in the house and in the yard, it is a great place to entertain.
Husband-The coach house has a wonderful 3.5 car garage and basement with a walk out exit which is ideal for restoring vehicles, working on projects, etc. Upstairs is the ultimate "man cave" fully finished with central air and heat, a washroom with a shower and cable ready for that big screen TV.
Children-We have the best yard. The long driveway is great for bikes, roller skating and scooters. The side of the house has a 40 ft swing hanging from the old oak tree that is awesome. We spend many hours on our playground. We fish at the neighbor's pond, catch frogs in the creek and roast marshmallows in the fire pit.
