A cozy house, tucked in the middle of a kid-friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the White river for fishing or canoeing, to Anderson University campus that has facilities open to public; like the school library, tennis courts or meals at their scrumptious Cafes. Minutes drive to grocery stores, downtown public library, restaurants, malls and Mounds Park that is known for having great campsites, swimming pool and various cycling trails.
It has been wonderful lazing on the patio to read or nap in the spring breeze, grilling in the fenced backyard when our friends come over, snuggling in the living room on wintry movie nights, gardening all summer in our ample yard for an organic harvest, or walk a couple of streets away where we can stroll along the river that leads to downtown Anderson, as we watch the leaves fall in the autumn. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as newly weds as this is a good size house for easy maintenance. We also have ample space since plenty of people come to dinner parties at our place. We are choosing to move due to work, with reluctance especially when we have pleasant neighbors who greet us every time we come home. I hope the next owners will enjoy this house as much as we did, especially with all the time-consuming and classy upgrades we?ve done.
