LARGE ROOMY HOUSE! With great rooms upstairs and downstairs! There are three bedrooms but with one more wall this could easily be a 4 bedroom house as there is already a walk-in closet for the 4th bedroom.
This is a 2-story classic red brick (front) colonial style home, built in 2004 with 9 foot ceilings on the main level. New carpet, paint, countertops, floor tile, we really renovated the entire house. We still have a little work to do that is in progress, with some trim, paint, outlets covers, and other minor things to finish up. We have added extensive lighting renovations and ceiling fans throughout the house, in addition to cable jacks in each room.
The two car garage has exceptional lighting as we had an electrician add fluorescent lights in addition to more electrical outlets. There is plumbing for a water softener, easily installed in one corner of the garage. There is an enormous amount of shelving added to the garage, it is everywhere, even above the garage doors. Incredible amount of storage.

We added a new large patio, which appears to be brick, but it is actually brick pavers set upon a concrete slab giving us no weeds and no settling issues! We have planted many fruit trees and flowering crab trees, which bloomed very nicely this spring. There are 4 pine trees doing well in the rear yard as well.
The kitchen is HUGE and GORGEOUS with a central island, new ceramic floor tile and new countertops! All new stainless steel appliances, including the microwave, and a cast GRANITE sink There is a purified water system, which also supplies the icemaker with purified ice. We have added lighting systems to the kitchen, there are (6) spotlights and there is a fluorescent fixture, in addition to a stained glass hanging basket style light over the dining area. There is a separate dining room that has a beautiful wrought iron hanging light.
All of the rooms are large, this is just a great home and we love it but really need a 3-car garage for car projects lined up.
There is room upstairs for a 4th bedroom if you need it, easily built, and there is already a walk-in closet for it. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets, the master is monstrous and there is a garden tub in the master bathroom.
The living room has a beautiful stone masonry fireplace with recessed lighting.
There is a $400/yr HOA fee for maintenance of playground, lakes (full of nice bass!) and other common areas, gazebo, snow removal, etc.
All of the immediate neighbors are also really nice if that is important to you.
I have not yet listed on other sites as we really are not ready for show yet. I thought that we would just hang this sign up and see if anyone is interested before we begin to spend money on advertising.
