Leo-Cedarville is a town in Cedar Creek Township, Allen County, Indiana, United States. The population was 2,782 at the 2000 census, and increased to 2,915 by July 2006 Major items in town are Cedarville Elementary School, Leo Elementary School, and Leo Junior/Senior High School.

Leo-Cedarville was formed by the incorporation of the villages of Leo and Cedarville into a town in the mid-1990s in a defensive move against the rapidly expanding Fort Wayne, whose city limits currently sit five miles from the town.
