is a town in Adams Township, Parke County, Indiana, United States. The population was 2,765 at the 2000 census. The city is the county seat of Parke County. It is known as "The Covered Bridge Capital of the World".
Rockville is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 36 and U.S. Route 41, about 30 miles southwest of Crawfordsville. Its coordinates are (39.765183, -87.228810).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.7 km²), all of it land.
