is a city in and the county seat of Grayson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 6,139 at the 2000 census. The city is named for Major David Leitch, who owned the land on which the city was settled.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8.8 square miles (22.8 km²), of which, 8.8 square miles (22.7 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.34%) is water.
