We purchased our home in August of 2005. We renovated the home including new sheetrock, new flooring in baths and bedrooms, granite installation and painting inside and outside. Two bathrooms were completely redone while the third bath and the quarter bath were updated. All the toilets and bidet are new along with all sinks and faucets. We installed granite in the kitchen, laundry room and the bathrooms. There are new air conditioning/heating units with duct work checked, new hot water heater, new insulation in attic and electrical updates. The workshop was painted outside and ducts and heating and cooling were added. We are bulkheaded at the Bayou Vermilion. The backyard is completely fenced with iron gates that open and lead to the Bayou and iron gates electrically controlled to access the carport and the workshop. There is a pool which has a heated whirlpool that overflows into the pool along with other water features. The driveway and other concrete areas are new along with the drainage around the pool deck and in the yard.
