this is a nice starter home for a family just starting out or someone looking for a nice place to live for a decent price.  this home was manufactured in 2005 and i purchased the house in may of 2011. it was never lived in until i purchased it i have done some work to it like a little painting but other than that its practically brand new.. it was valued at over $34,000 and everything was inspected at time of purchase which is less than a year ago. it is 64 feet X 14 feet,  3 decent size bedrooms a nice size kitchen and living room 1 good size bathroom and wide hallways easy to move things in and out. in the hallway next to the bathroom is your washer and dryer hook ups ready to go it has electric heat/ac which is also brand new not even a year old! this house also comes with a nice range stove thats barely been used a nice fridge/freezer  thats barely been used.  it also comes with a brand new 8X8 shed in the back yard that was purchased in june for a $1000 a nice size for your lawn mower, tool box, or even just storage.  the reason why im selling so soon just after buying the house is that i am having a new baby in august and i'm moving to a new location with my soon to be wife and other child. So this is a perfect place to start out at i love this place but i need to sell so that i can move to another location.    this house is in a park that collects lot rent the price for lot rent is approx $384 and change which includes water, sewer, trash and snow removal  you do need to mow your own grass here but there isn't a huge amount to mow usually takes me about 35 min or so to mow and weed eat. there is an application to fill out for ( Elkton Homes) located on RT 40 in elkton they own the park, i do have a couple applications with me so you can contact me to get one or at Elkton Homes they have plenty of them just stop in and ask for one.
