is a city in Bay County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,766 at the 2000 census with an estimated population of 3,551 in 2006. Essexville is part of the Bay City, Michigan Metropolitan Statistical Area and is often associated with its larger, western neighbor.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km²), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it (12.32%) is water.
