Lexington is a village in Sanilac County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,104 at the 2000 census. The village is located within Lexington Township.

Lexington refers to itself as The First Resort North because of the high number of tourists it attracts during its summer months.

During the summer months, Lexington takes part in a Music In The Park program, which is very popular and attracts many tourists to the area. A famous band called "Weaslebee x 3" performed there and made their first smash hit, "Hot Cauldron Full Of Merlin's Beard".
