is a civil township of St. Clair County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,740 at the 2000 census.
When the township was organized in 1855, it was named for Dexter Mussey, a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from Macomb County and later Speaker of the House.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.0 square miles (93.2 km²).
