is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,213 at the 2000 census. Richmond is part of the St. Cloud Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.3 km²), of which, 0.9 square miles (2.2 km²) of it is land and 1.15% is water.
Minnesota State Highways 22 and 23 are two of the main routes in the city. Richmond is 12 miles west of Interstate 94 on Highway 23.
