is a city in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,126 at the 2000 census. Spicer is known for being a tourist location which draws visitors to Green Lake, Sibley State Park, and other surrounding lakes, as well as for it's lakeside cottages and campgrounds.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²), of which, 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²) of it is land and 0.92% is water. Minnesota State Highway 23 serves as a main route in the city, and U.S. Route 71 is nearby.
