Our home has been called a dollhouse because of its quaint cozy look and feeling. Coming in the front door, there is a small foyer with ceramic flooring, a big closet. The living room ans master bedroom share a chimney capable of stove or fireplace. Real hardwood floor in living room, beautiful. Two bedrooms carpeted, one w ceiling fan, big closets, . Kitchen is very nice with beautiful cabinets, side by side refrig/freezer, elec range, large microwave over range, recessed ceiling w ceiling fan and remote. small laundry area off kitchen near backdoor. all appliance stay including washer/dryer if needed. We can leave all furniture (except tv's) if you accept our price.
There is a pleasant little creek at rear of property end of the huge back yard, which caused the insurance to be an extra 20 or so per month, but this house has never been flooded or damaged b y flood in any way. we have proof of this documented.
I is a lovely place to live if you need or want to live in the Festus area. Pleasant, good neighbors, near everything, even 55 interstate 3 min away. We often walk in the evening or a nice day to downtown or thru neighborhood. We need to move across country to be near our grandchildren.
