The Timbers Lakefront Lot in Gated Subdivision

Highlights and Description

  • Residential zoning
  • Property is on .3 acre
  • City provided sewer/wastewater
The Timbers, on Indian Point, is a brand-new gated, lake front community in a very quiet, serene cove just past Silver Dollar City. Your lot has a gentle slope to the water saving on foundation costs, with lake view/lake frontage and comes with the largest, best boat slip on the dock (can be incorporated into the price for $25000).  If you are looking for elegance, high-end homes, privacy and convenience to local dining and marinas... this is your subdivision.

Water/Sewer/Electric facilities onsite. HOA includes water/sewer, but from what I understand it will soon be connected to Branson City Utilities. This developer believes in doing things right.

The high-end community dock has a large swim deck and will have cameras to protect your boats and loved ones. In fact, cameras will be setup throughout the community.  The developer has mentioned having a website to enable community viewing of the cameras.  The slip is an extraordinary 10' x 28' located at the very end of the recently built community dock for lake convenience.

Almost completed is the Silver Dollar City bypass for driving ease of Indian Point residents.  Another bypass connecting to Highway 265 has been discussed, as well.

From Branson: Go West on Hwy 76, LEFT on Indian Point Road, 0.92 miles to RIGHT on John the Diver Trail, 0.53 miles to LEFT on Long Lonesome Road, 0.52 miles to right side of road for the entrance of the Subdivision.

The reason we are selling is only due to a move for business.  We were truly looking forward to living in this gorgeous community. Your lot is situated next to the developer's home (6000 square feet is what he is estimating the size to be).

For over two years we searched exhaustingly for a place to build a luxurious home, but we only came across homes too close to one another, small run down properties, poor views, homes too far away from amenities, run down properties nearby, and/or unreasonable asking prices.  I challenge you to find a better property than this for the money.  We are also willing to look at trades consisting of homes with lake access.

Please, feel free to contact me with any questions.  I have the covenants and restrictions, lot layouts, etc.  Thank you for looking.
