Commute easily to Memphis and keep the high quality schools of Desoto County. Edgewater offers 2 ponds to fish, walking trails, Gazebo, HOA, very close to Walmart, Walgreens, interstate, fast foods, ball parks, churches. The neighborhood offers lighting and a quiet atmosphere and friendly people. The houses were quality built and the neighborhood will stay nice because of the HOA.  My house has a 4th bedroom upstairs along with another TV/game room. The pool table will stay! My back and front yards are landscaped nicely with a homey atmosphere. The back yard is fenced in for pets. My back door that leads to the garage has a small dog or cat door. I have freshly painted the living room and bedrooms in the last year with beautiful colors. My living room is large.
