Beautiful 5925 sq ft custom home on 1.6 acres in a private subdivision just outside Polson, Montana with a panoramic 50-mile view of the untouched Mission Mountains and Glacial fed 27 mile-long Flathead Lake.  We are the 2nd owners of this home.  This home was not finished when purchased, so we completed the separate garage and 5 rooms in the house and also added another large garage stall from 2001 to 2007.  The main and upper floors have custom Alder-carved wood archways, doorways, window frames, staircase and balcony, and the main floor has a serene, church-like ambiance with an almost celestial atmosphere.  The kitchen, dining, and living rooms, foyer, library, master bedroom and walkin closet have true hardwood floors made of birch, walnut, and Brazilian woods.  Ceramic floor tile is in the laundry room and all bathrooms.  The master bath has a glass two-head shower with a  jet tub and walk-in closet.  The living area and library have 17-foot vaulted ceilings with beautiful hanging lights and ceiling fans. The 4th garage stall added in 2006, which has a wider door, is for the larger toys.  This building is fully plumbed with a bath with stall shower, laundry hookups, and lots of shop room and storage.  The upper garage level is a finished, mirrored dance studio/band room with the 3rd kitchen and walk-out 10x20 Duradek.  Below the deck is a storage room for bikes, hoses, mowers etc.  Both structures are HardiPlank(cement) sided.  The newly paved, nearly 300 foot drive up and all parking areas add a distinctive finishing touch to this property.  Compare at $109 per square foot of finished, heated space.
