Commercial in El Prado, New Mexico

i have a newley built 40x80x16 steel building fully insulated with radiant heat and 3 garage doors for comercial use or storage or anything else on two full acres that are selling right now for 50,000 an acere. my wife and i have about 340,000 invested in building and property. we are going to sacrafice it for 250,000. i am familiar with appraisals in this area and know it would be well into the 300k's also has 2 story partition inside with office restroom and bedroom, with stairs we owe the bank 40,000 for both acres only. we have a change of plans and any info the a sale would be greatly appreciated. thank you DONALD AND LIZ SQUIRES 575-751-4167 Contact this seller
