Our house is HUGE!!!! It's actaully two houses connected by a hallway. The older side has a master bedroom with a bay window, a master bathroom with two sinks, 2 normal sized bedrooms, another bathroom, a laundry room, a living room, a kitchen, and 3 exits. It was built in 1989, but was remodeled this year, 2010. The newer side was built on in 2004. It has a master bedroom, a huge master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and two sinks, a living room, a kitchen, an office (originally a garden room, but could also be another bedroom), several sky lights, 3 eight-foot-tall-and-wide windows, and 3 exits as well. The bathroom and closet got new carpet this year, 2010. A few feet from one of the exits is the cellar, it has been decorated with bricks to match the house. Each side has its own central heat and air conditioning unit, and each side has its own water heater units. Nearly every rppm has at least one ceilling fan. There is also another room attached to the back of the older side. It could be used for an office (it was originally an office), another bedroom, or a storage area. There are 2 covered front porch areas (1 for each side), and a covered back porch and patio on the older side. There is nearly a total of 3,000 sq ft of living area throughout the entire house. There is a locking door in the hallway that connects the two sides, so one side could actually be rented out with full privacy, if desired. Trying to figure out where everyone is going to park thier cars, is not a problem for us. We have ample parking spaces on both sides of the home. Each side has its own drive way. In the back yard, we have a huge shop, a small shed, and a dog pen. There is a total of 3 acres of land, and its all fenced in. There are several planted trees that are really big and pretty now. The yard and all greenery have been very maintained. We have also placed yard lamps and a flag pole in the front yard, and a walkway that nearly wraps around the whole house. Overall, our house and land have had tons and tons of love put into keeping it all beautiful and very maintained. We are only selling it because our children have grown up and left home, so now we would like a smaller home with more land.
