Home, sweet home! We love this house and we have made a lot of little adjustments to make this the most cozy, and family friendly home in town.
The living room is the first room you come into through the stain glass window filled front door. To your right is the brand new hearth and certified wood stove. This stove is our main source of heat throughout the winter and it is incredibly efficient.
Overhead you will notice the ten foot ceilings that are throughout the home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one giant hospitality room, perfect for dozens of guests to fit comfortably. Ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms circulate the cool or warm air very effectively. And the heat pump and air conditioner work great if you don't feel like starting a fire.
Three large bedrooms and one massive master bedroom and bathroom (with separate jacuzzi tub and shower) make for plenty of living space for you, your kids, an office, your sewing room, or whatever you like. The master bath also contains a large walk in closet with ten foot ceilings and plenty of shelf space.
The laundry room is fit with plenty of storage space in oak cabinets above the washer and dryer. The garage connects directly to the tiled laundry room so we can slip out of our dirty boots and coats and keep the house clean!
Throughout the property are beautiful massive rock landscape and a low maintenance selection of drought tolerant shrubs. The entry flower bed has a large rock water feature with a small catch pond at it's base.
