Up for sale is a cute, cozy 2 bedroom ranch on Alcoa Drive in Arnold, PA. The house is located at the top of the hill, close to Freeport Road and Drey Street. I am selling my home because I am planning on moving to Arizona in the near future.

A brand new roof was installed in July 2009!! There are newer double-hung vinyl windows with screens and window treatments inside (mini-blinds), a newer hot water tank, updated kitchen, and a remodeled master bedroom with a new electric oak fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy on those cold winter days. **UPDATE (5/2/11): The closets in the bedroom are not complete.  I am planning on having them completed soon.**  I will also be updating the other rooms in the house. (I will be posting new pictures of these rooms shortly). Of course, the house is completely livable now, but I wanted to make some additional improvements.



There are ceiling fans in every room, except the bathroom. Both bedrooms and the bathroom have ample closet / storage space. The entire house is neutrally decorated, so no matter what kind of furniture / decor you have, it will look great! :)



There is a full, unfinished basement with cedar closet, enclosed toilet, and laundry hookups. All of the windows in the basement are glass block with adjustable vents to let in fresh air. There is access to the basement from both the inside and outside of the house. There is also a full attic, so there is plenty of storage!



There is a newer porch leading up to the front door, as well as a newer white picket fence and patio in the front yard. Bring your outdoor furniture and relax on the patio during warm summer days! There is a small front yard, small side yard and bigger back yard with a new deck, shed and pond. If mowing isn't your favorite chore, the yard would be perfect for you! The backyard has access to the alley, and there is chain link fencing on both sides of the house and in the back, so the entire property is fenced in.



All of the appliances will stay with the house. This includes a newer gas grill, refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Everything is in excellent working condition. The 2 window air conditioners will also stay, and they cool the house easily in the summer.
