A brand new roof was installed in July 2009!! There are newer double-hung vinyl windows with screens and window treatments inside (mini-blinds), a newer hot water tank, updated kitchen, and a remodeled master bedroom with a new electric oak fireplace that will keep you warm and cozy on those cold winter days. **UPDATE (5/2/11): The closets in the bedroom are not complete. There is a small front yard, small side yard and bigger back yard with a new deck, shed and pond. If mowing isn't your favorite chore, the yard would be perfect for you! The backyard has access to the alley, and there is chain link fencing on both sides of the house and in the back, so the entire property is fenced in.
All of the appliances will stay with the house. This includes a newer gas grill, refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Everything is in excellent working condition. The 2 window air conditioners will also stay, and they cool the house easily in the summer.
