Today we had a Realtor contact us for their buyer and immediately after finding out whether or not the home was still available she asked if we would pay her commission. We responded with 'No" once she had what was most important to her she terminated the call. She will probably call the buyers and inform them that the house is not on the Market any more but this will be furthest from the truth.
Due to window shoppers we are asking for serious buyers. We are asking that if you have been qualified for a mortgage that you provide that to us and or proof of funds if you plan to purchase with cash. If you have a Realtor and wish to go through them please be aware that you will be responsible for their 3 percent commission. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR THEIR COMMISSION..
