This house is a row home located in sw philadelphia.We have a front yard enclosed with fencing as we have 2 min oin dogs! We take them out if you want to see the house. It has an enclosed porch with newer double insulated hung windows. We have french cherry wood doors leading into the living room. Tha walls are textured. All paint in the house is white no colors in any rooms so you can change it easily to your style if desired. We have the original hard wood floors throughout that were recently sanded and restained to dark cherry wood!
The dining room is same as lr with cherry floors and textured walls. The kitchen has a dishwasher . The refrigerator, stove and dishwasher all stay. There is a balcony off the kitchen and is nice to sit and read or eat dinner...very quiet!
Basment is okay, well lit, we have a new water heater less than 1 year old, heater is about 15 years and works great ( radiator heat). The washer & gas dryer both stay. We have a garage that we converted to an extra sheet rock finished room in the basement and we installed cable, telephone lines as well as several outlets in that room for conveinence. We have used it as a play room, an extra bedroom when relatives came to live with us and now it is my office.
Out back we have a parking space that is ours next to the house.
2nd floor we have 3 bedrooms. The front is the main room. We have ceiling fan/light w. remote that stays, Bathroom has new toilet, sink and tub enclosure and light fixtures.
Middle bedroom is spare room used for storage now and back bedroom also has ceiling fan with light.
Our neighbors are great and we will miss them. We want to move with our older and frail parents to help take care of them and that is why we need to move! Thanks for looking
