This house is huge with lots of privacy inside and out. Would love to list more pictures, but, not enough space! Lots of hardwood trees, dogwoods (13) and flowers! In addition to the 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths, it has a study. There is a very nice 2 room basement with a pool table! It's not included in the square footage but could be made livable! Basement has an exterior door to the backyard. I'd say 1/3 of the basement is above ground.
The house has all hardwood floors downstairs. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a half bath which includes wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl flooring in the bath.
