is a city in Stewart County, Tennessee, United States, 67 miles (108 km) westnorthwest of Nashville on the Cumberland River. An old national cemetery is in Dover. The population was 1,442 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Stewart County.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.9 square miles (10.1 km²), of which, 3.8 square miles (9.8 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²) of it (2.56%) is water.
