For more information, go to condo4u.webs.com. The location of this condo makes shopping and errands quick and easy. It is located near many restaurants and grocery stores. Walmart, Target, Salsaritas, Kroger, Chili's, Chick-fil-A, just to name a few. The view in the backyard is a nice change from looking at other condos, buildings, etc. All you see, is the golf course. It has been professionally landscaped and also by myself. There are stone steps leading to the backyard from the patio with a gazebo birdfeeder at the base of the steps. The layout of this condo, is the best I have been in. It is why I originally bought it. Located on the 1st floor is the living room, 1/2 bath, a large kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is the master and guest bedrooms, each having their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet off from the master bathroom. The master bedroom has a bay window which continues down to the 1st floor to the dining area. Also upstairs is the laundry room. Having the laundry room upstairs near both bedrooms has been convenient because you don't have to carry laundry upstairs or vice versa.
