City water is coming this year if you want to tap on. My dream was to redo this house and live here forever. My husband died 6-1-08 and I just cannot take care of it. It does not have the same meaning now that all my family are gone. It will make someone a great dream house, maybe a bed and breakfast with walking trails or horse back riding trails.
