Located within a mile of Interstate 65, it's a short drive to Rivergate and less than 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. Being just north of Ridgetop, White House is typically a little bit cooler than Nashville, meaning extra days of sledding in winter and slightly cooler temperatures and breezes in summer. The house is high on a hill, with no fear of flooding. We have loved it here, but my husband has taken a position with a company south of Nashville, so we are relocating due to the commute.

It's a friendly community with a very low crime rate, great schools, beautiful parks and trails, that comes alive each Friday night for high school football. Small town feel and just 20 minutes or so from downtown Nashville.
Our price of $212,000 is negotiable as we need to relocate as soon as possible. The home across the street sold a few years ago for $270,000. The ones beside us brought over $80/sq ft. We're competively priced at $66.67/sq ft.
