Ok, first of all this property is set in in an immaculate location on the outskirts of Arlington. All of the school districts and schools are rated either 1st in the district or come in a close distance behind. This property backs up to a green belt which is kind of unusual for a property located in Arlington these days. Its landscaped pretty well. Its equipped with automatic sprinkler systems which pays dividends let me tell you. Set the timer and nice looking yard all year. All you gotta do is put a little fertilizer down each spring and fall. There is also a shed built on a slab, pretty nice if you ask me. There is a beautiful picket fence so that you can see all the forestry setting in the background it is beautiful. This place captured my heart and I'm sure it will capture yours as well. I have epoxied the garage floor and stained the concrete in the living room. I have also added newer ceiling fans and a few other appliances i may be willing to leave behind. The thing im most proud of is the large two story deck with a stairway landing . I was issued a permit to build this deck so its legit. It beautiful. I'll miss it. The counter tops are equipped with korean counter tops similar to granite made by dupont. They are beautiful and fairly expensive. Tile in the kitchen. A lot of the rooms have been painted professionally and this house is just absolutely beautiful. I am planning on adding additional photos, but i would encourage you to come check out my place.
