Cibolo is a city in both Bexar and Guadalupe Counties in the U.S. state of Texas. A small portion of the city extends into Bexar County. It is part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,035 at the 2000 census, although a population of 17,000 has been claimed for 2008.

The City of Cibolo is served by the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUCISD).
