is a city in Wood County, Texas, United States. It lies at the junction of U.S. highways 69 and 80, eighty miles east of Dallas in southwestern Wood County. The population was 4,550 at the 2000 census. However, 2005 estimates put the population at 5,611.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.3 square miles (13.8 km²), of which, 5.3 square miles (13.7 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.75%) is water.
