This gorgeous two story is truly one in a million! We love this home, and it shows! This home was built as a model and only my wife and I have lived in it since it was new. We are torn about selling it, but have decided to sell and travel.

It's located in a great neighborhood (in the Ranches at Eagle Mountain) only a short distance from south Redwood Road, and about 15 min. from the freeway. The Ranches is a beautiful mountain golf course community, with lots of walking trails and ATV trails. You can drive your ATV directly from your home to the vast trail system.

We've taken excellent care of this home, both inside and out. As a model, it was built with many nice upgrades including a stained textured front porch and walk way, lighting, hardware, solid surface counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, large tile flooring, vaulted ceilings in the master, a large jetted tub and standing shower in the master bathroom, and a bonus room over the garage. We love the open living room/kitchen area, with the nice addition of a raised bar which conceals any kitchen projects from those in the front room.

The home has wonderful curb appeal with it's large wrap around front porch, and under window rod iron flower planters. There is a large cold storage under the entire wrap around porch. The basement is completely framed and ready for drywall.As you can see from the photos, the yard is completely landscaped with mature shrubs and trees, and literally hundreds of perennials. There is also a well planned spray and drip watering system. You'll love the gorgeous water feature in the back yard that can be heard throughout the neighborhood on quiet summer nights. The entire west side of the yard showcases a 'dry' riverbed landscape which is incredibly lush. The driveway and additional concrete pad is lined with tumbled pavers. The garage has been upgraded with a solid, insulated door, with a quiet direct drive motor. The garage is completely finished, including insulated textured walls (painted to match the interior of the home), ceiling fan, electrical outlets, air conditioning vent, and auxiliary gas heater. 

The vegetable garden has been beautifully integrated into the yards landscape. It includes three large raised beds that hold a perfectly blended soil, each with their own drip watering. Each bed also has its own overhead pergola style system, designed to hold topsy turvy planters, and provide for pole beans and other vertical garden vines. Nearby is a great little garden/tool shed, and all of the area around the vegetable garden has been plastic lined and gravel covered for a no-weed environment.

The backyard patio is covered with a beautiful hardwood pergola, complete with shade cloth to keep the patio shaded and cool. You'll love relaxing or barbecuing on the patio, sipping lemonade, watching the hummingbirds at the feeders, and listening to the calming sound of the water feature in the background.We will sell the home with or without furnishings.
