is a city in Utah County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Provo–Orem, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is a relatively new development along the northern shores of Utah Lake. It was incorporated on December 31, 1997 and has been growing rapidly since then. The population was 1,003 at the 2000 census, but the official 2007 estimate listed a population of 11,570. Although Saratoga Springs was a town in 2000, it has since been classified as a fifth-class city by state law.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.4 square miles (26.8 km²), of which, 10.2 square miles (26.4 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²) of it (1.26%) is water.
