This is a small stick built home 768 sq.ft. on a .067 acre lot. Sewer is septic and water source is spring. It has road frontage, and located on a corner lot, existing road, with private circle drive. The home is on a very good foundation, but has not been lived in for 2 years, so weathering has affected it somewhat, but nothing that would be hard to repair. The siding has come loose around bottom edges and need to be re-screwed to secure it. The water heater needs to be replaced. Some of the piping may need to be replaced, due to freezing. My father had someone to paint the window sills, however, they got paint on the glass and it needs to be scraped off. It sits on a 7 acre piece of property with only four other homes. The other homes are not close, so it is somewhat private, located in the country, and has a very nice covered porch. I am not sure if the refrigerator still works, nor do I know if all the range burnings work. The yard is rolling, and there is plenty of room to add to this home and make it very beautiful. The roof does not leak.
This is a great little project home for someone who enjoys it and it would not be that expensive. This use to be my fathers home, and was left to myself and three other siblings. It is a quaint little home that would love to have an owner. If interested, and would like to view the inside, please call. 540-320-6645 Debbie.
Directions: From 460, at Holiday Ford Car Dealership, turn right onto Jennelle Road. Go 1 mile and turn right onto Yellow Sulphur Road. Take the next right onto Roman Drive. The house is directly to your left. It is gray in color.
