Beautiful ranch 4/5 bedroom home. Well maintained during the 20+ years of ownership. Has a lovely decorated Florida or mud room which leads to the cabinet filled kitchen. Ecru color countertops with wood/oak trim. Small breakfast nook with room for 3 kitchen stools. Open concept dining room with matching wallpaper . Also has closet with folding door to match woodwork. Through the dining room archway, this will lead you to the 16x20 living room with four gorgeous windows for light and views. Through the other doorway of the dining room is the hallway that will lead you to the master bedroom with the master bath. Here you have more than enough closet and drawer room, built in laundry hamper. and full mirror and countertop. Exiting the master bath will lead you to a short hallway  turn left  for another bedroom at the end. Beautiful for those children who want privacy but still close enough ....turn right and there is a hallway that two other bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have large closets with 2 shelves above and sliding wooden doors. Straight ahead is the second bath, complete with sink, and shower and toilet. Also plenty of cabinet and shelves for all your bathroom needs.  On the left, is yet another bedroom or use as a computer or tv room. This room has a lovely view of the side property as does the other bedrooms. .
Above the house is an attic that has a floor and wiring and some framing for walls..........(looks like someone was going to add on) There is another 3 season porch through the atrium doors of the kitchen and then another set of atrium doors lead to the 6x24 deck. This deck sits up high and overlooks your 4.10 acres of rolling meadows. There is the conneticut river which runs out back of the property, on the other side of this river is a train route which in summer will run maybe once and month. You walk down the stairs of this deck to more well lanscaped land and a small area of poplar and birch trees. If you continue down the second set of deck stairs, you will see where there is a platform for your grill and a lawn chair or two. Down the stairs will lead you to the basement and the whole back yard of meadows.. There is a path for your car or recreational vehicles to ride out back, go fishing, camp on the waters edge, or just get away.
There is a full partially finished basement. Cement floors covered with carpet. There is a toilet onlybathroom............. and a fireplace to take the chill out while entertaining down there. There is an office which has a built in desk, there is a room for the washer and dryer and and old cast iron "tub like" sink. There is a cedar closet under the stairs and a half cedar closet on the side of the stairs. Did I mention there is an old root cellar? We use it to hide christmas gifts1  There is a blue countertop counter which makes us think the original owners had plans to make an apartment there.
There is an attatched garage with storage overhead. It has a  heavy wooden staircase  that you can  lower for easy access. The garage has shelves on two sides .
The roof is metal, about 4 years old. The furnace is about 10 years old, the hot water tank is two years old. Hardwood floors in all rooms excluding the bathrooms, back hallways and the three back bedrooms. Did I mention there is a linen closet with four shelves and  as deep as 3 feet?  The house is tastefully decorated, bathroom closets and linen doors are all shutter-like wood. You must see this home.
You can snowmobile from your back door as the vast trail runs behind your acrage and also out front your dooryard. Use the rooms as lodging for extra winter income. In the summer walk down to the river and join the canoe or kyaking groups,
Only 90 minutes to Conway NH and four hours to Boston, and two hours to Burlington Vt. Thirty minutes to Canada!. Ski resorts are all within hourly reach. Cannon Mtn, Bretton Woods, and summer brings Santa Village, Six Gun City, Polar Caves and Clarks trading posts. Whales tale and Flume are all excellent day trips.
This house has been freshly painted two years ago with the finest Velspar paint....Cape Cod blue and white trim! Home has all Anderson windows ....about 20 years old.
