The project only lacks finalization, what I would normally consider the fun part of the job. Left to do would include: insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets and fixtures, proper gutters, and paveing the driveway. I own the property out right with no leans. Only back taxes. All the heavy lifting has been done on this project. Perfect time to take over and finish to suit. I would consider carrying a partial owner contract with say 40% down and a balloon payment at two years. Buyer to pay closing costs.
