is a town in Skagit County, Washington, United States. The population was 790 at the 2000 census. It is included in the Mount Vernon-Anacortes, Washington Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.2 km²), of which, 1.2 square miles (3.1 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (1.61%) is water.
The town lies mostly on the north bank of the Skagit River, and is split into half by the lower Baker River (a tributary to the Skagit River). Mount Baker, a stratovolcano, lies northeast of Concrete and Mount Shuksan lies almost directly north. Both peaks are part of the North Cascades range.
