The home is a craftsman style home one one acre. We have a great view
of the Olympic Mountains.
The home has air-conditoning, hot water recirculator, fuel is Propane (in a buried
tank). The large back deck the runs that length of the home has both water faucets
and a connection for propane for the barbeque.
The Den/Bedroom has a queen sized Murphy bed that tucks away in the wall and
I mainly use this room as my office/den.
The garage has a hot water faucet for washing cars in the colder weather and
is wired for generator backup in case of any power outages.
The enterainment room is wired for surround sound and the speakers are embedded in
the ceiling. Wiring for high speed internet and satellite is installed.
The home was custom built by a well known local builder and has several custom
and built in features, as in the woodwork in the entertainment room and the library.
