Built in the 1950's it is a very well built structure, solid and without any signs of settling. Built with the 1" wallboard/plaster sandwich it is quiet and cool in summer and warm in winter and economical to heat and cool.
Whoever buys it will get a great house in a good neighborhood with good schools nearby and good access to the freeway.
