Absolutely beautiful one of a kind home on the river. My wife passed away this year took 2 years to plan and build it. She general contracted the whole thing herself and it was her baby! She was present at every stage of construction and made sure it was done right. Have had many people say they have never seen a home design/interior like it. Sump pump also has a gravity drain for precaution just in case. Walk out the back door toward the river anytime. Professional landscaping done around 2/3 of the home. Black top driveway about 5 yrs old. Has propane gas heat along with the infloor heating downstairs. Central air and IRV air filteration system works well. Also has lift pump for septic system to handle downstairs water, etc. Covered porch when you come into home along with covered porch on east side of home. Premium grade norwegan color (earth tone) vinyl siding with 30 year shingles; all in very good condition. Yard slopes to the south to the river ... never any water issues anywhere. You are also higher above river with no flooding issues. Excellent neighbors and nobody to north or south of home. Only 1 mile out of town with just 1/4 mile gravel road off main highway.
