Advertise Home 24/7

You made the right decision to advertise on since 80% of homebuyers begin their search online. In fact many of our customers sold their home to buyers who found it online.

You can write as much as you want about your home
You want to make sure you have complete information about your home and community when buyers view your listing. They not only want to know the specifics about your home but the community you live in. Are the schools good? Do you live close to the interstate? How easy is it to get to shopping and the closest major city? Are you near a nature preserve? Do you live on a quiet street?
Remember you are entitled to unlimited copy with your listing.
Photos are worth a 1,000 words
As they say, a picture is worth a 1,000 words. You can write "see this beautiful home". But why not grab the buyer's attention immediately by showing your beautiful home.
We live in a visual world and a home is something buyers visualize. Think about yourself and the new home you want to move to. What kinds of pictures are in your head? You can read about the coffered ceiling, bay views, and covered deck but actually seeing those features makes it a reality.

Be sure to show not only the exterior of your home but the interior as well. Photograph key features like the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, front and back of the house, or some unique feature.
